Statement to voters

My name is Carissma Griffiths and I am a 34-year-old business woman, homeowner and millennial working full time for a construction company as a National Key Account Manager. I am not a career politician. Having watched, as all of you have, the catastrophic decline in our country, I joined the Labour Party as the party of choice to get our future back on track. I have seen how the Tories are playing by the divide and conquer rule book, instilling an us and them culture by vilifying yesterday's heroes and praising tomorrows villains. With so many messages aimed at people's fears they purposely fail to unite us all in our common desire, which is to positively move forward. It is time for real change. Mid Buckinghamshire is a new and diverse constituency. It is only fair that its start begins with a change for the better.
