Statement to voters

I'm standing in my respective ward and division to facilitate the option of NONE OF THE ABOVE for those on the Electoral register who wish to participate in the electoral process but feel that none of the candidates will represent them effectively. Should None Of The Above X get most votes, None Of The Above X would not take office. NONE OF THE ABOVE X is a mechanism to reflect numerically disaffected voters.
