Statement to voters

It is clear to me that we need Green innovation and I am committed to bringing business, educational and employment opportunities to our region in order to achieve this. As well to tackle other local issues such as poor social mobility and low wages. We know that Climate Change will affect this area, especially through increased flooding so we need politicians who will consider Climate Change in all that they do. This is where we Greens come in. I believe in sensible, evidence-based and proactive government policy, and I intend to lead by example. I have lived here my entire life and I envision for this area a future of of well-being, happiness, fulfilment and safety. I am sure our resourcefulness and ingenuity can equip us to tackle the challenges we face.
