Statement to voters
A bit about me I worked as an accountant for a number of large organisations, before becoming self-employed and specialising in providing finance support to the charity and not for profit sector. I recently took the decision to train as a teacher in business and have spent the last 8 months teaching in a local school. Suitability for the role Hard work all year is my approach – from litter picks and reporting potholes to training as a speed watch volunteer. I’m committed to the local area and our community. Local Record The role of councillor needs people who can understand the details and challenge when it is needed. It needs someone who will work hard all year round and stand up for local people. I believe that I have all of these things. If you do too, then I would ask you to vote for me on the 6th of May.
