Statement to voters

I am standing because I am passionate about Gloucestershire and want to make our area even better by tackling the issues that matter in our communities. I live locally with my wife and children and work as a solicitor in the criminal justice system. I see first hand the impact of crime on victims and I have a clear plan on how things can improve. Before moving to live in Tewkesbury Borough, I lived in Cheltenham where I have been a local councillor for many years. I am a very experienced councillor with a strong record of action. I know what it takes to win the best deal from the council for local people. I am proud of my record and led many high profile and popular projects to deliver new facilities, improve public services and protect the community. Voting for me will take just five minutes. In return, I will spend the next four years working for you and for our area.
