Statement to voters

• Grew up in a council estate since the 1980s seeing the changes of area demographics. • Went to a state funded secondary school followed by college and then university. • A 35-year charitable record winning “outstanding contribution to improving Londoners’ lives” coming 1st place out of 500 candidates, presented by Mayor of London in 2011. • Worked in all 3 sectors of working industry - primary, secondary, tertiary. As a teenager from door to door selling, kitchen porter then as adult retail, security, supermarkets, sales, bingo, administration, managerial, 20 years’ experience of being an accountant and litigation specialist case handler. • Elected as secretary of tenants and leaseholders residents association. • Stood up always for the vulnerable people with less speaking power for their rights and their voices to be heard. • A committed family man with two beautiful children, eldest daughter and youngest son. • I have a great interest in history, comparative religions, art, politics and sports
